Zibo Huiwen Produce the plastic parts, common plastics used are hard polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS plastic (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer)
Construction plastic pipe has:
1. Hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipe. Mainly used for non-drinking water supply pipes, drainage pipes, rainwater pipes, normally 40-100mm in diameter, and the use temperature shall not be more than 40 degrees.
2. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, PVC-C pipe: For hot and cold water piping, fire hose systems, and industrial piping, with a service life of up to 50 years and operating temperatures as high as 90°C.
3. Random copolymer polypropylene pipe, PP-R pipe: For hot and cold water pipes, drinking water pipes. Shall not be used for fire water supply system.
4. Butene pipe (PB pipe). Used in hot and cold water pipes and drinking water pipes such as floor radiation heating system.
5. Crosslinked polyethylene pipe (PEX pipe) is mainly used for the coil of floor radiant heating system.
6. Aluminum-plastic composite pipes are used for hot and cold water pipes and drinking water pipes.
