Features

Material compatibility: Mainly comprises ABS, glass fiber reinforced ABS, PA, and POM materials. These materials possess wear resistance, self-lubricating capability, and are noiseless. In applications where the requirement is to use food-safe material, appropriate modifications of these materials are used;
Molding advantages: High molding efficiency and reduced cost in large scale production. Ability to mold complex teeth profiles with ease in single operation;
Accuracy and consistency: Accuracy in controlling tooth profile (mainly involute), concentricity, and module. Traditionally, the allowable tolerance is ±0.03mm. Suitable for use in small size transmissions such as food processing machines, small appliance applications.
Compatibility with performance requirements: Lightweight, resistant to impact, and have capability to withstand repeated engagement. Application of surface coating like PTFE for increased wear resistance. Can be utilized in low torque transmission applications;
Design flexibility: Molding together with other components including shaft sleeves, flanges, etc. Corrosion free as compared to metal gears. Low maintenance cost.
