This custom Plastic Enclosure is made through the injection molding process. It has a durable geometrical shape, reserved mounting holes, hollow spaces and a patterned grille section. Used widely for making enclosures for electronics, surveillance gadgets, instruments and other hardware units. Surface treatment includes matte texture, anti-scratch protection and tactile feeling.

1. **Precision Injection Molding**

Precise mold control, uniform dimensional tolerance. Mounting posts, mounting holes and cutouts all made in the injection molding process. No need for further cutting process after molding.

2. **Matte Surface Treatment**

Matte black surface, resistant to finger marks, scratch proof and upgrade the quality of the product.

3. **Optimized Structural Design**

Rib structure increases structural stability. Reserved openings for camera lenses, wirings, buttons and assembly screw holes. The top grille patterned can facilitate sound wave transmission or heat ventilation.

4. **Optional Material**

Standard material: ABS plastic / ABS+PC composite plastic. Other materials on demand: PP plastic, PC plastic, flame-retardant plastics.
