Project Box Sensor Housing Gps Enclosure injection

A custom-made, one-piece or two-piece housing unit created using plastic injection molding for electronic projects, sensor shielding, or GPS devices.

Purpose: Housing for GPS module, antenna, battery, and sensor modules.
Material: UV-stabilized ABS, UL94-V0. Color: Pantone 426C (Dark Grey).
Dimensions: 100mm x 60mm x 30mm (Outer Dimensions).
IP Rating: IP67. The design incorporates an internal groove for silicone gasket.
Design Highlights:
- Two-piece construction (Base and Lid), with 8 screws.
- Built-in sealed SMA antenna connector.
- Internal PCB mounting bosses (4 pcs, 5mm high).
- Mounting boss with M4 holes in the outer surface.
- Area on base for laser etching of serial number.
