ABS/PP/POM Precision Components are those plastic parts that have been manufactured through customization with very tight tolerance levels from three different types of thermoplastics which include: ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PP(Polypropylene), and POM(Polyoxymethylene or Acetal/Delrin). The most common method used in making such parts is precision injection molding and CNC machining with tolerances reaching up to ±0.05 mm.
