Custom Injection Blue Plastic Shell for industry

ZIBO HUIWEN custom blue plastic shell housing is made through precision injection molding. The part is customized based on customer’s 3D drawing, 2D specifications or physical samples, used for equipment enclosures, electronic modules, sensor covers, control housings and protective components. Custom size, wall thickness, interior buckles, screw posts, mounting bosses and holes are possible per request.

Processing Method: Injection Molding

Plastic pellets are melted through heating within the injection molding barrel. The molten material is then injected through the mold cavity with pressure, kept in the mold under pressure to be packed, cooled and hardened within the mold to become the final blue plastic shell housing. Additional processes like deburring, assembly, surface polishing, screen printing and ultrasonic welding can be provided upon request.

Electronics accessories, instrument cases, home appliances, new energy parts, industrial control components, medical equipment cases (limited materials), telecommunications equipment.
