When a moving object approaches the door, the door automatically opens and closes. We call this type of door an automatic sensor door. These automatic sensor doors are widely used in office buildings, factories, supermarkets, airports, and other places. They primarily rely on an automatic sensor controller. Automatic door sensors are a type of sensor product that uses microwave and infrared sensing to automatically open and close doors. They are primarily used for automatic doors and revolving doors. This afternoon, I received a call from Mr. Qin, who lives nearby. Mr. Qin brought his own product: an automatic door sensor consisting of an upper shell, a base, an ultrasonic plate, and internal components. They explained that the molds for their products could be made with one mold for two, four, or six, as long as they could meet their shipment volume. Their annual shipment volume was over 400,000 units. Our engineers recommended making a mold with one mold for four or six, and then making duplicate molds as the quantity increased. Regarding the surface treatment: UV spraying was performed on the surface, followed by silk-screening of the logo.
