Our company recently injection molded an air cushion compact. This compact consists of a top cover, a powder cover, a powder sheet, and a powder base. Between the powder cover and the powder base are a middle frame, a base, and a powder top cover. A powder middle sheet is located above the powder top cover. The powder top cover, powder middle sheet, and base each have a through-hole extending through them. A liquid outlet is located at the bottom of the middle frame. Within the powder base is a cylindrical spring seat, housing an internal pressure column. A spring is sheathed on the outside of the spring seat. An internal pressure ring is located above the internal pressure column, and a spring cover is located above the spring. The powder top cover snaps into place within the powder base, compressing the spring between the powder base and the top cover.

 

The base is positioned above the powder-in-the-powder sheet and interlocks with the powder base. The middle frame snaps onto the top of the base. Between the middle frame and the powder cover, there are an outer and inner pressure piece, each pressing against the other. The outer pressure piece is connected to the bottom of the middle frame via a pivot, while the inner pressure piece is connected to the through-hole of the powder-in-the-powder sheet via a pivot. The powder cover snaps onto the middle frame, with the powder sheet positioned between the two. The cover is pivotally connected to the base via a hollow pin.
