1. Extrusion: the grade used for extrusion production generally has a melt index of less than 1 and a medium to wide MWD. Suitable melt strength can be obtained with low MI during processing. Wider MWD grades are more suitable for extrusion because they have higher production rates, lower die pressure and a reduced tendency to melt fracture.
 
2. Blow molding: HDPE more than 1/3 of the model can be blow molded. The characteristics of blow molding grades, such as melt strength, ES-CR, and toughness, are similar to those used for sheet and thermoforming applications, so similar grades can be used.
 
3. Injections: Injections are often used to create smaller containers for packing medicine, shampoo and cosmetics. One of the advantages of this process is that the production bottle is automatically removed, without the need for later dressing steps like the general blow molding process. "Although some narrow MWD grades are used to improve surface finish, medium to wide MWD grades are generally used."
 
4. Rotomolding: the material used in this processing method is generally crushed into a powder, so that it melts and flows in the thermal cycle. Two types of PE are used in rotational molding: universal and crosslinkable. General-purpose MDPE/HDPE generally has a density range from 0.935 to 0.945g/CC, has a narrow MWD, and gives the product high impact and warping, and its melt index range is generally 3-8. Higher MI grades are generally not applicable because they do not have the impact and resistance to environmental stress cracking desired for rotomized products.
 
5. Blowing film: PE film processing is generally used for ordinary blowing film processing or flat extrusion processing. Most pes are used for thin films, and either universal low-density PE or linear low-density PE are available. HDPE film grade is generally used where superior stretchability and seepage resistance are required.
 
 
 
6. Molding: Molding under pressure, generally at the same time heating, with the help of mold or mold to make plastic material molding process, here "mold" is used to modify the "plastic".
 
7. Cast plastic: cast plastic is used to make plates, electrical insulation equipment, gears, pulleys, decorations and other products. Cast plastic two.
