First, the spraying process
(I) Technological process
Spraying is to atomize the paint and spray it evenly on the plastic surface through spray guns and other equipment. The basic process includes: first, the server panel accessories are pre-treated, such as cleaning, removing impurities such as oil, dust and release agent on the surface to ensure that the paint can adhere well. Then the primer is sprayed, which can enhance the adhesion of the coating to the plastic matrix and provide some corrosion protection. (2) Technical points

Two, electroplating process
(I) Technological process

Material suitability: As mentioned above, not all plastics are suitable for electroplating, ABS is a commonly used material in plastic electroplating. When choosing plastic raw materials, we should ensure that their quality is stable and the content of impurities is low to ensure the electroplating effect. Different batches of ABS materials may have differences in composition and properties, which may affect the adhesion of electroplating and the quality of plating, so the quality of raw materials should be strictly controlled.
Design considerations: Consider the characteristics of the electroplating process when designing the server panel accessories. Avoid uneven wall thickness, because metal gloss will highlight the shrinkage phenomenon, affecting the appearance. At the same time, it is necessary to minimize the blind hole, groove and protruding part, the treatment liquid in the blind hole is difficult to clean, which will affect the quality of electroplating. The grooves and prominent parts are prone to exposure or plating coke during plating. Three, screen printing process
(I) Technological process
Screen printing is the transfer of ink to the plastic surface through the screen to form patterns or words. The process is as follows: first, the screen plate is made, according to the design requirements, the pattern or text that needs to be printed is made on the screen through photosensitive plate and other methods, so that the screen of the pattern part becomes a transparent mesh. The screen plate was then fixed to the screen printer and the server panel fittings were placed in place. Then pour ink into the screen, through the squeezer extrusion ink through the mesh, transfer to the plastic surface, form the desired pattern or text. After the printing is completed, the ink curing process can be carried out by natural drying, heating drying or ultraviolet irradiation curing, so that the ink firmly attached to the plastic surface.
 
(2) Technical points
Screen plate production: screen plate quality directly affects the effect of screen printing. The material of the screen, the number of eyes and the precision of the design are very important. For the fine pattern or text printing on the server panel accessories, the screen with a higher mesh number should be selected, such as 300-400 mesh, to ensure the clarity of the pattern. When making screen plates, ensure that the edges of the pattern are clear and smooth, and avoid jagged or blurred situations, otherwise it will affect the quality of printing.
Ink selection: according to the characteristics of plastic materials and printing products to choose the appropriate ink. For example, for server panel accessories that need to be used outdoors, ink with good weather resistance should be selected to prevent pattern fading. At the same time, the adhesion of ink is also very important to ensure that the ink can be firmly attached to the plastic surface, not easy to fall off. For some special plastic materials, special formulation of ink or addition of adhesion promoter may be required.
Adjustment of printing parameters: the hardness, Angle and pressure of the scraper need to be adjusted according to the material of the screen, the characteristics of the ink and the requirements of the printing pattern. Scraper hardness is moderate, too soft to fully squeeze ink through the mesh, too hard may damage the screen. The scraping Angle is generally between 60° and 80°, the scraping pressure should be uniform, the pressure is too small, the ink transfer is insufficient, and the pressure is too large, which may cause the ink to seep out and affect the accuracy of the pattern.
