Grade 1 materials refer to the materials used for the scraps that have not fallen to the ground, or they may be called scraps. Some are nozzle materials, rubber head materials, etc. The quality is also relatively good, but they have not been used. In the process of processing new materials, the small corners left may be materials of poor quality.

The particles processed from these raw materials have good transparency and their quality can be compared with new materials, so they are grade 1 materials.

 

Grade 2 materials refer to materials that have been used once, but high-pressure granulation is not used. Most of the imported large pieces are used in high-pressure granulation. If the imported large pieces are industrial films, they have not been exposed to wind and sun, so their quality is also very good. The transparency of the processed particles is good. At this time, it should also be judged based on the brightness of the particles and whether the surface is rough.

 

Grade 3 materials refer to materials that have been used twice or many times. The particles processed have poor elasticity, durability and other aspects.
