Automatic air power is an online real-time control system. The controlled objects are several motors distributed on the air ring. The circuit structure adopts a double air outlet. The upper air outlet is divided into several air outlets around its circumference, while the air volume of the lower air outlet remains constant. Each air outlet is divided into several sections. The pipeline consists of motors, air chambers, valves, etc. The valves are driven by the motor to adjust the opening of the pipeline. The motor drives the valves to move. The computer compares the signal with the currently set average thickness, calculates based on the trend of thickness deviation, and controls the lateral thickness deviation of the film within the target range by changing the airflow around the air ring. Cooling airflow from the fan is distributed to each air duct, and the opening and closing of the motor-driven valves alters the cooling effect on the film preform at the discharge point of the injection mold, thereby controlling the film thickness.
