What is the processing and production process of injection molded plastic products?
1) Injection molding
According to the production needs of different products of customers, different plastic particles are placed in the injection molding machine at a temperature of 190~300℃ and electrically heated. The injection molding temperature of various plastic particles is lower than their decomposition temperature.
2) Trimming, cleaning and inspection
After the plastic particles are molded by the injection molding machine, they need to be manually trimmed and inspected before entering the painting process. In this project, the plastic scraps produced by manual trimming and the unqualified products produced by inspection are crushed by the crusher and returned to the injection molding production line.
3) Painting
According to customer needs, some of the injection molded products need to be sprayed, and the painting lines are all built as fully enclosed operations to improve the collection effect of waste gas. The manipulator and automatic spray gun equipped with the automatic painting line can control the opening and closing of the spraying through the computer. Electric heating is used for drying operations.
4) Pad printing
According to customer needs, some products need to be printed with LOGO on the surface, and the project uses a pad printer to print text on the surface of the workpiece. The pad printing process is relatively simple. It uses a steel gravure and a curved pad printing head made of silicone rubber material. The ink on the gravure is dipped onto the surface of the pad printing head, and then pressed against the required surface of the object to print text, patterns, etc.
5) Assembly
According to product needs, the product is assembled with purchased screws, nuts, springs, etc.
6) Inspection, packaging and warehousing: Finally, the surface treatment of the finished product is inspected, mainly for the smoothness and thickness of the paint surface. Qualified products are stored in the warehouse.
