Custom Designed Plastic Fan Blade Mould with High Gloss Finish Fan Mould

1. Customized Making:

We can make the mold according to your drawings or samples.

- Per your requirement, we can modify and design your parts structure to establish the overall 3D effect drawing. And per above 3D drawing, we can provide mold making quotation and product molding quotation to you to help you to do the entire costing analysis.

2. Prototype Making:

In the initial stage, after confirmation of product design, size, material, and price…etc. , if needed, before starting to make the real mold, we can make a prototype for you to help you understand the product details and its outlook. (Ps. We will estimate the prototype cost report to you from 3D printing or from NC milling way).

3. Purchase Contract Making:

If both of us agree to sign the contract, we will point out the working detail, lead time, inspection standard, payment term information…etc on the contract.

4. During the mold manufacturing period:

We will send the update working progress report in every 1-2 week with photos.

We can also do some small modification for the customer at no extra charge before we actually begin to make a mold and before machining process actually begins.

If, in the course of machining process, the customer wants to alter the design, we will have to study the case and present a report on whether the extra cost should be charged or not.

We can send T1, T2, or T3 samples until customer satisfaction.

5. If customers place orders for product production to us:

If customers place the production of products in our company after approving the final trial samples, we take up the responsibility in maintaining molds with performance for all effects.
