Features

1. Integrated Injection Molding Structure
- The spherical handle, limit ring, and long cylindrical body have been injection molded together, and there is absolutely no gap among these joints. The molding has extremely high integration, and there will be no loosening in assembly, leaking, or breaking problems. There is a higher degree of uniformity in the size.
2. Smooth Matte White Surface
- The PP raw material is injection molded into its natural color and smooth surface without burr. It feels comfortable and soft, not scratching your hand at all. There is no need for further processing like spraying, thus reducing the cost of processing.
3. Fully Customizable with Respect to Size

Customized size such as the diameter of spherical section, limit disc thickness, rod body length or outer diameter, and weight can be made according to the client’s drawing/samples. The molding process is adaptable for mold modifications on small batches or standard productions on large batches. This also makes it compatible with various equipment fittings and food items such as utensils and industrial push-ups.

4. Wall Thickness Consistency
- In the customizing process, the wall thickness of the rod body and spherical head can be regulated to have lightweight but sturdy construction while at the same time preventing shrinkage, depression and deformation due to injection process
