Electric Wall Switch Outlet PVC Mounting Block

Purpose: That's the basic purpose. This is basically an enclosure that is fixed using screws to the standard electrical back box (which is either metal or plastic, and is mounted inside the wall). It offers a flat, flush surface where the face plate of the switch or outlet will be fixed.
Application: Absolutely necessary when dealing with a tiled wall, brick cladding or in cases where the thickness of the wall finish is more than the usual depth of fixing of the electric box. This "fills the gap" between the back box and the wall finish.
