Durable Electronics Plastic Injection Enclosures

This is a housing with integrated injection molding, partition compartments, and snap fit assembly system. The common materials used are mainly ABS/PC/PC + ABS engineering plastics.

Features

1. Integrated Compartmented Injection Molding

The inner and outer compartments, side walls, snap-fit parts, and their respective positions are all molded during the injection molding process. There will be no secondary assembly required, and the two compartments are completely separated, enabling separation of the components from different compartments, isolation of circuits, and separation of wiring to avoid interfering with each other.

2. Snap-Fit Assembly System Built-in Housing

There are snap-fit slots on the side walls of the housing, and the assembly process is completed by simply snapping the cover without screw fasteners. This assembly is easy to complete.

3. Uniform Wall Thickness Controllable

In the process of injection molding, the wall thickness can be well controlled between 1.5 mm and 5 mm. The deformation rate after the molding process is low, with size stability, and sufficient stiffness of the housing, which will prevent any possibility of deformation.

4. Excellent Plastic Appearance Flexibility

The molding tool can form different surface effects like matting, frosted, texture, and glossy; it can also perform single or dual-color injection molding to produce different colors on different locations (like the two colors in Figure above).
