F10HPP Technology Polymer Composition: From raw materials to calibrated semi-finished products, and finally to custom components for industrial applications, everything is achieved through CNC technology. HUIWEN can convert and process high-grade PTFE and fluorinated materials.
F10PTFE is a fluoropolymer, generally considered a thermoplastic, but its chemical and physical properties necessitate specific processing techniques. HUIWEN possesses modern equipment (extruders, presses, controlled sintering furnaces) for producing semi-finished products (tubes, bars, sheets, strips, etc.) and is equipped with state-of-the-art machine tools (CNC lathes and milling machines) suitable for producing small or large finished parts.
F10PTFE Load Capacity
To improve its already excellent properties, especially for high-pressure applications, F10PTFE is modified by adding various fillers such as glass fiber, graphite, ceramics, nickel, stainless steel, bronze, molybdenum disulfide, and polyimide. This modification improves certain mechanical properties, such as compressive strength, thermal conductivity, or reduces the tendency to creep under load, resulting in parts with significant improvements in design and operation (e.g., compressor piston rings and guide gaskets).
Bondable F10PTFE
HUIWEN has a modern PTFE activation plant that complies with the most stringent environmental regulations. F10PTFE products can be bonded once activated.
PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy)
A true thermoplastic material with excellent properties similar to F10PTFE. Its main characteristic is that it can be processed through injection molding and transfer molding. We use PFA to produce technical components and coat chemical equipment on specially designed and constructed systems.
FEP
This is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It possesses similar properties to PFA and can also be injection molded and transfer molded.
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
We produce a variety of semi-finished products (tubes, rods, sheets, etc.) through extrusion and transfer molding. Even injection molding of fairly large-sized technical components is possible.
ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene Copolymer)
Thermoplastic materials, such as PFA, have lower heat and chemical resistance. Conversely, ETFE has much higher mechanical properties, especially hardness and abrasion resistance, than the aforementioned materials. Tefzel® is primarily used in the electrical and electromechanical industries. Due to its abrasion resistance, it is also used in coatings for valves and fittings with high chemical and mechanical properties.
