DIN Rail Mount Enclosure

The DCS-22.5L is a 22.5 mm wide vertical DIN Rail mount enclosure moulded from green self-extinguishing UL94-V0 flame-retardant polyamide (PA66). It has a clip together design for fast assembly and front and side label recesses. It also has spring-loaded clips that can be snapped into position to make it surface mountable.

• Installation is convenient: Usually, it is designed with specific clasps or slots, which can be directly installed on standard DIN rails, facilitating quick installation and disassembly. It is widely used in industrial control, automation equipment and other fields.
• Material variety: Common materials include ABS, PA66, PC, etc. ABS plastic has good comprehensive properties, such as mechanical strength, impact resistance and corrosion resistance; PA66 has higher strength and wear resistance; the PC material has high transparency, strong impact resistance and high temperature resistance.
• Good protection performance: According to different application requirements, it can have different protection grades, such as IP54, IP55, etc., which can effectively prevent damage to internal electrical components caused by dust, water splashes, etc., and is suitable for various harsh working environments.
• High customization: It can be customized according to customer requirements, including size, color, hole opening, screen printing, etc., to meet different installation and usage requirements.
