The internal structure is specially designed with cross reinforcement ribs and multiple screw posts. This greatly improves the shell rigidity and impact resistance, while simplifying the later assembly workflow for our customer’s electronic modules. The embossed logo is engraved into the mold, offering long-lasting wear resistance compared with printing or sticker marks.
During the pilot production phase, our quality team carried out full first-article inspection, dimension checking and appearance verification. Raw material performance, coating adhesion and batch stability all passed the customer’s acceptance standards.
