PEEK is an engineering plastic material with outstanding performance in mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties. The PEEK has a high tensile strength of 90-100 MPa, flexural modulus of about 4 GPa, and it can work well at continuous operating temperature up to 250°C, even having a high melting point of 343°C. Its chemical resistance is equivalent to nickel alloys and also it has a very low water absorption of 0.1%.

Feature

Extreme resistance performance

Heat resistant (temperature resistant up to 260℃ for a long time), chemical corrosion resistant, can resist strong acid, strong base and organic solvent, suitable for harsh conditions of industrial equipment, aerospace and others.

Good mechanical properties

High strength, high rigidity, resistant to creep and fatigue, excellent dimensional stability and not prone to deformation when used for a long time.

High forming threshold

It needs special equipment for injection molding at high temperature and high pressure, high requirements for mold, complicated process and need to strictly control the process parameters.
