Customization 

• Appearance Customization: The color may be customized according to the requirements of the customers, in addition to which spraying, electroplating, and silk screening may also be performed. For example, a special finish may be given to a matte finish shell via UV spraying, while the film may be controlled at 30-50µ, with a level of scratch resistance up to 3H.
• Size and Shape Customization: Customization can be done according to the internal structure, especially the mode of attachment, of various electronic devices. Whether a device is a small-sized handheld device casing or a large-sized desktop device casing, its production can be done precisely.
• Structural Customization: In light of the functional needs of electronic devices, structural customization is conducted, and specific designs such as adding installation holes, card slots, heat dissipation holes, and reinforcing ribs to the structural components. For instance, for some electronic devices with strong heat generation, many heat dissipation holes will be designed on the outer casing of the electronic devices for the purpose of heat dissipation.
